WhatsApp template messages are paid directly to Meta through your WhatsApp Business account, not from your Cakapin balance. Comment replies are charged like any other reply, depending on who answers.

- Replies, AI, automation, and broadcasts pause, but incoming messages are still stored. Everything unlocks automatically once your top-up arrives.
- Refunds
- Balance cannot be refunded, except for errors or outages on Cakapin's side.
Why are there no monthly plans?
Because every business gets busy differently. With a balance you only pay for what you use — a quiet month means a small bill.
How are Meta accounts charged?
The first account on each platform is free: one Instagram, one Facebook, one WhatsApp. The second and later accounts on the same platform cost Rp30,000 per account per month, charged upfront when connected and then every 30 days. An account used for both the inbox and posting counts once.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes. Every rate includes VAT.
